A specific bequest is the most popular form of charitable bequests. It allows you to designate a specific amount of money, percentage of your estate, piece of property, or certain asset to FSM.
SAMPLE LANGUAGE
”I give to Friends of Seva Mandir, Inc of 200 Metroplex Dr Suite 300, Edison, NJ, USA 08817, (Tax ID #27-0672296), the sum of $___ to be used for general purposes.” -
A residuary bequest provides that FSM receives all or a specified portion of your estate after all other bequests, taxes, debts, and expenses have been settled.

A contingent bequest ensures that if your primary provisions cannot be carried out (such as when your spouse/heirs do not survive you), your assets will pass to FSM.

A donation of real estate by will specifies the transfer of ownership of a piece of real estate to FSM upon the death of the testator.
